I think it ’s important to brush your teeth before bedtime. I have tried using the toothpaste of other brands before, even if I did brush my teeth before bedtime every night, I could still feel the dental plaque in the morning. I didn’t know what bacteriolysis was at the beginning. I then searched online to find out that it is using biotechnology to directly dissolve and eliminate harmful bacteria in the mouth and avoid medication to achieve therapeutic effects. Though dry brushing (without water) is used with the toothpaste, more foam can be formed than normal toothpaste, and even relatively lighter and more refreshing. After two weeks of use, gum bleeding has been improved obviously.
